FAQ regarding Ordering and Payment.

We accept the following debit and credit cards as methods of payments:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • American Express
  • Switch / Maestro
  • Solo

Credit and debit card payments are processed by PayPal (you do not have to have a Paypal acount!)  If you do have a Paypal account you can also select to use this as a method of payment.  If you had previously used our Klarna checkout the Klarna Terms and Conditions you agreed to when you place the order can be found here Klarna Terms and Conditions

We receive all payments in UK £ and the currency conversion is completed by your bank / credit card company. You may be charged a currency conversion fee, this is beyond our control and not a charge made by us. You can usually find a bank / card provider’s exchange rates on their websites.

Payment is authorized immediately after security checks from your bank issuer or PayPal have been completed.

There can been several reasons why your card has been refused. If you receive a #15005 error it means your bank has refused to complete the payment. For further details please contact your card issuer.  Unfortunately banking privacy regulations prevent the issuer from sharing the decline reason with us or any other third parties.

If a transaction is declined, please contact the financial institution that issued your card. Sometimes banks put security measures in place to reduce the risk of fraudulent transactions on certain types of transactions, which may result in declined payments.

We use ‘secure socket layer’ (SSL) technology to encrypt your payment card to ensure your details are safe. We also use Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard® Secure Code (MSC) which is also known as 3D Secure.

Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard® Secure Code (MSC), often referred to as 3D Secure or Payment Authentication, is the latest fraud prevention initiative launched by the card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating the cardholder at the time of the transaction. Both schemes work in the same way by using personal passwords, set by you the cardholder, to add an extra layer of protection when you shop online. The instructions that you see on the pages within our site are coming direct from your card issuing bank (eg, Halifax, Barclays, Sainsbury’s) and any information that you submit on these authentication screens are securely passed to your card issuing bank, no information will be captured, stored or viewed on any arenaswimwearstore.com system.

Please enter your promotion code in the box when you are checking out. The applicable discounts will then be applied and deducted from the total due.

Sorry, but we cannot add discounts to orders once the order is paid for.

Brexit? No problem!

The terms of trade between the UK and EU changed on January 1st, 2021. We want to assure you that it is business as usual here at Sport Fox Arena Swimwear Store and our ability to ship orders directly has not been affected.

What do the changes mean for you?
• We no longer charge UK VAT (Tax) to customers in the EU. This means that the item prices on our website will appear cheaper to EU customers than they did in 2020.
• For orders delivered outside the UK any import duties/taxes are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping or product price.
